Commitment to Ethical Business Practices
Although we are not legally required under the 2015 Modern Slavery Act to publish a “Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement” every year, we recognize the seriousness of modern slavery and human rights violations and are proactive in addressing these issues across our operations. Our goal is to ensure that slavery and human trafficking do not occur within our business or supply chains.
Our Approach
We have taken important steps to address modern slavery and human rights across our business. In 2018, we introduced a Modern Slavery Screening Form for all new joiners. This form helps us ensure that no employee is working under coercion or living in accommodation against their will. The screening form also provides information on how individuals can report any concerns they may have regarding modern slavery.
